Organization’s Primary Exempt Purpose
The purpose of this organization is to promote, support and assist in a nonpartisan, nonsectarian manner the provisions of strategic and / or related resources in a disseminating manner to bring about the awareness thereof to local and other: Law enforcement agencies and communities to identify, arrest, prosecute and monitor released convicted & suspected individuals thereof being sexual predators / offenders for the purpose of protecting children under the legal age according to their residency, both with respect to the internet, school grounds, place where children may be and communities themselves by means of: word of mouth, associations, persons patrolling streets, electronically, fax, phone, Global Positioning Service (GPS) tracking / monitoring being worn by an offender, internet, visual signs and paper.
The Corporation will solicit grants from the State and Federal government as well as conduct fundraising events, accept contributions and donations from both the public and private sectors for the carrying out of the aforesaid purposes.
